Internships represent a cumulative total of 11 months over the 5 years of training (preparatory cycle + DEP course).<\/strong><\/p>\n During the first two years of the preparatory cycle, these courses are known as \u2018ouvrier\u2019 (worker) courses. Each lasts 8 weeks and takes place in France or abroad in botanical gardens, nurseries or outstanding gardens. The aim is to familiarise students with the world of plants, their production and maintenance. <\/p>\n The internships corresponding to the first two years of the DEP course last 8 and 10 weeks.
